5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Eligibility:

  • All hair products are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours during our service hours.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not eligible.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
